Attention: Revdex.com, [redacted]To whom it may concern,On 4/26/2015 Mr. [redacted] purchased an [redacted] Local voucher through [redacted] Local. [redacted] Local is an advertising company for local businesses in the greater Kansas City area.  Water-A-Way L.L.C. is a merchant of [redacted]...

Local. We were contacted by Mr. [redacted] on Monday, April 27, 2015 to schedule his gutter services which includes his gutter system, roof debris removal, and tune up. Mr. [redacted] was scheduled from 12-4 P.M. We arrived at his home [redacted] at approximately 3:00 P.M.  Upon arrival, Mr. [redacted] asked, "Why are you measuring my gutters because I have under 150 feet. The lead gutter tech replied to him stating "We measure every home completely total footage of gutter and downspout". At this point Mr. [redacted] became extremely belligerent and loud stating that he only wanted his gutters cleaned which was under the 150 foot, he stated continuously.Lead gutter tech explained to Mr. [redacted] that downspouts are part of the gutter system and they are included in the 150 total linear feet. Anything over the 150 linear feet would be an extra charge, however we could clean up to 150 feet, which his voucher clearly stated as he recognizes in his complaint to the Revdex.com. He contacted the owner, [redacted] demanding we clean his gutters and downspouts but only to charge him for the footage of the gutters. Mr. [redacted] stated that he could clean his own downspouts so there was no need for that I just needed to clean the gutters. I explained to him that in order to warranty his gutter cleaning we would need to clean the downspouts along with the gutter sections and if he did not want a warranty we could clean 150 feet of gutter only. He became very irate, was cursing using the F word. I stated to him to give me a few minutes and I would call him back. I contacted my lead gutter tech and told him to pack up and leave as quickly as possible because I did it feel that It was a safe environment. I contacted Mr. [redacted] and told him I thought it was best to refund his money, I thanked him for his purchase. I informed him after trying to calm him down and getting no where I thought it was best for both parties to refund his money for the voucher At this point he began cursing saying he wanted his money back right then and stated that he was going to turn Water-A-Way L.L.C. in to the Revdex.com if I did not refund his money immediately. Mr. [redacted] was informed at this time that he would need to call [redacted] Local at ###-###-#### in order to receive his refund because I had not personally nor had my company received any money from Mr. [redacted]. He had paid [redacted] Local, therefore I could not refund money had I had not received. However, I informed Mr. [redacted] that [redacted] Local would be more than happy to refund him his money. He once again stated he was going to contact the Revdex.com and shortly after I received this complaint from the Revdex.com.Mr. [redacted] received his refund through [redacted] Local 4/29/2015Sincerely, [redacted] owner of Water-A-Way L.L.C.
