In regards to the filed complaint, we were in the process of refunding checks to all of our customers who had given us a down-payment, once it had been finalized that we would not be doing business with the particular boat manufacturer any longer and had taken care of those who had been waiting longer than this particular customerThe very day we had planned on cutting a refund check to this customer, we received a notice from his credit card company that a refund was to be processed by them at the request of our mutual customerThe customer came in later that day asking for a check as well, having had to have known that he had already requested the credit card refundWe did not mention anything about this to him and the refund has been taken from our account and the customer, along with the others, have all been refunded, save one, who is still considering a different boat option to have his down payment applied toIf he decides, as well, to have a refund in the future, it will be attended to in a timely manner

I am rejecting this response because: I asked them exclusively if the batteries were goodThey said "yes" that was not the case.
