Excellent and fast service! They came within an hour, fixed our pump switch within 30-45 minutes, didn't over charge, gave great well pump advice and went on their way. I would highly recommend!

Jeff at Well Doc answered my call right away on a Holiday weekend when the pump on my well went out. He said he would be out within the hour and that I would have water in an hour after that.... I had water in less than 2 hours on a Sunday Labor Day weekend! Thanx Jeff and team! Highly recommend!

Water Doctor was verbally contracted to repair well pump shutting off sporadically. All well operational equipment were replaced, water still muddy.
On 4/21/2016 Water Doctor (WD)installed new well pump (Goulds stainless steel 1/2 HP 10 gpm)and pipe, control center, and electrical outlet on invoice 2824, paid same day by check #*** for $1700.00. The next week WD was called to report water was not clear but muddy on 7/12/2016. Service call a couple of days later reported I needed a new tank because of pulsing on/off. Tank replaced with PC66 tank and paid that day, 7/14/2016 by check $1892 for $450.00. Wd was called sometime later to report water was still muddy. Service call a couple of days later resulted in a free line filter being put on. Sometime later WD was called to report water still muddy. Was told they would check but never came. WD called in late April to report muddy water. WD said they would check it but again never came. WD was called 6/12/2017 and left message that water was still muddy. There has been no response as of 6/14/2017. I have paid to replace entire well pump system and still have unclean, muddy water delivered to the home one year later.

Finish the job correctly to furnish clean water to the home.

First I am not sure if this person is contacting me directly because I don't recall all of his requests for us to come evaluate situation. At the moment there is a filter preventing further sediment to get into plumbing. There is a build up of sediment in existing plumbing.
I have no objections at all to work with customer to help get this resolved. Our primary business is to get water to the house. We cannot control the quality of the water in the well. Please be advised to call *** I will personally put you on the schedule.

Before these repairs started my water was very clear. The pump was just cutting on and off too often and was 65 feet deep. Since they put the new pump in at 100 feet the water has been seriously muddy. At each attempted correction I asked that the pump be raised to, at most, 80 feet deep. That idea was constantly refused as being ineffective. The filter attached has made no difference in the water quality and I reject the statement of "build up" in plumbing. At every attempt to clear up the problem, the company never called me back later to see if the problem was resolved. Any company concerned with the satisfaction of the customer would stay on the problem doggedly until the customer was satisfied and the work was deemed acceptable. The company has never called me and now they want me to call them again to schedule the work. I will do so, but I do not think the company has the expertise or desire to provide the service they claim to sell.

Water Doctor Response

On 7-28 we raised well pump up exactly 25 feet and installed a new filter cartridge. We will check back at the end of this week and see how it affects water.
