I placed order on Aug 8, Never receivedCalled three or four times and left a message (never had live person pick up), sent e-mails via their customer inquiry systemNo responses!!!!! FrustratingDon't recommend doing any business with them

THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and WILL NOT REPLY TO EMAILSI tried to call at many different times of day (during their business hours), over a period of several days, and not once would they answer the phone I sent emails, and not a single replyI received an email with a tracking number for my order that showed that it had been delivered days before I received itThe tracking information also showed an incorrect address for delivery – not even close (the country was correct)There are no shipping options, just order or don’t order, no 2nd day, no overnight, no UPS or FedEx options, the package was delivered via USPSCheckout as guest, without creating an account, and they create an account for you anyway, sending you an email saying so after you have placed the orderIf I wanted yet another account, on yet another website, I would have created it myself There is a reason that I chose to check out as a guestWhen I finally received the order, it was a model that was manufactured earlier than the one that I was replacing, and did not fit properlyI was able to make it work, but it’s not pretty because it does not fit the way it shouldI don’t believe that this company is an authorized dealer, so we’ll see what happens if I ever need to use the warranty serviceThe warranty card registration needed the address of the dealer, but if you look at their website, you only get the phone number and email address, no mail address or physical addressOnce again, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and WILL NOT REPLY TO EMAILS

This is the first time I am seeing the issue with this orderWe will happily either resend a replacement for the damaged item or refund for the damaged productWe will need an order number so we can look the customer up and handle this to their needs. Please let me know via

I would stay away from this company when buying suppliesI have a system that filters water then it flows through a UV disinfectant systemI ordered the light, along with a quartz sleeve and gasketsI wanted to order a filter but wanted to talk with them about contradicting product descriptions(i.e "This is a Filter" in the main title but in the description it said it was inches")
Called times They NEVER answerLeft two messages which they never returnedSo I decided to order the filter assuming it was twenty inchesI received the light, gasket, and sleeve from themSleeve was wrong sizeCalled, no answer, left message, no responseThe filter never cameI checked the website under my account and the order was marked "CANCELED"
Called to ask why with no answer
Sent e-mail, no reply
They DID NOT charge me for the filter Just simply canceled the order without explanationI found a local supplier that sells that equipment and just drove there to buy everything in person

I ordered two UV Lamps that were supposedly in stock and to be shipped in hoursTwo weeks later, two unanswered phone calls, two unanswered emails and reading several responses on Revdex.com it is apparant this is a scam operationStay away!

I do not believe this is a real companyI looked up their address and it was a home addressI ordered an item weeks ago and have not received itThe money was taken out of our account the day after our purchaseI have tried to contact them at least times via email/phone/websiteNo communication back from them at all!! Not feeling good about this at all!!!

I received an email with a tracking number for my order that showed that it had been delivered 7 days before I received it. The tracking information also showed an incorrect address for delivery – not even close (the country was correct).
There are no shipping options, just order or don’t order, no 2nd day, no overnight, no UPS or FedEx options, the package was delivered via USPS.
Checkout as guest, without creating an account, and they create an account for you anyway, sending you an email saying so after you have placed the order. If I wanted yet another account, on yet another website, I would have created it myself. There is a reason that I chose to check out as a guest.

I don’t believe that this company is an authorized dealer, so we’ll see what happens if I ever need to use the warranty service. Once again, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and WILL NOT REPLY TO EMAILS.

Highly unprofessional. They refuse to respond to emails and telephone calls. Stay away from this company. They lure you with good prices but never deliver.
