The water heater was leakingWe had the water heater in our warehouse for two weeks since the customer at first requested we return it to them, as Customer indicated "To Check the Heater out" We showed customer the pictures of three locations that a leak was present in the tank, did a pressure test at office and found four leaks, one was in the exhaust flue not visible from external inspectionCustomer after seeing pictures called us back and asked us NOT to return the water heater to them.We are an Emergency Service Company, configured to handle Emergency Water Heater replacementsThe customer acknowledges that in his complaint that "he said he no choice"he was given a $discount and asked us to proceed with the workHe had miserable access with 4-8" of water in his cellar down stairs with a low ceiling Some folks simply want Emergency Service NOW, but have a problem with paying for it after their disaster has been fixedWe have spent over hours at this job and did additional "NON Charged work on the second visit that would have been an additional $800-$but did it as "GOOD WILL"-no good deed goes unpunished.We refute these claims***
