[redacted] I am writing to notify you that Water Jet Wonders has completed the projectI am disappointed that they did not hold to their quoted price and price confirmationI am also disappointed that they did not follow instructions I gave them (times) to contact me by phoneInstead they used email which I very seldom read which led to part of the communication breakdown.They completed my order after I agreed to pay more money and I am happy with the quality of work on the finished product[redacted]

Without further consulting WJW, *** engaged another company to finish the projectOur sales order to *** clearly states that "all deposits are non-refundable"The 50% deposit by *** covered ***e spent or lost pursuing completion the project. All contract details have been met by both parties and contract is thus terminated at this stageWJW will not renegotiate contract as project was completed by others
