Even tricked us into signing over the water softener that was ours to begin withto themThey, of course, did not tell us any of thisThey just happily collected our money (even told us when we did call for service that 'they don't service that area''uh, what??why do you collect my money? It's going to be weeks before you can come out and help us???" ) Yes, another county (another Culligan) is in charge of this area, and they tell us we own this water softenerWe have no intentions of ''renting'' it anymore, and no intentions of paying for it (WE OWN IT!)And now they have the gall to send our ''bill'' to collectionNice jobCould have gotten rid of us for a mere $that we paid in rental feesWe are not satisfiedThis customer is right, they are wrong, and its shameful how they run their practice Regards, [redacted]

This is a rental unit which they signed for and if they claim they own it, It should be listed on the purchase agreement when they bought the houseIf they can supply documentation showing that they own the unit please have them provide that

Our complaint clearly states that the previous owners of the house told us we needed to sign up with Culligan. We believe that they, too, were scammed and owned the softener without knowing it. It was the owner of the home before them that would have proof of ownership. Not us. We have no way of obtaining that.

It's going to be 2 weeks before you can come out and help us???" ) Yes, another county (another Culligan) is in charge of this area, and they tell us we own this water softener. We have no intentions of ''renting'' it anymore, and no intentions of paying for it (WE OWN IT!). And now they have the gall to send our ''bill'' to collection. Nice job. Could have gotten rid of us for a mere $114.00 that we paid in rental fees. We are not satisfied. This customer is right, they are wrong, and its shameful how they run their practice.

We did go to the house twice to get the rental equipment back with no luck. This has now been sent to collections in the amount of $580.80

This is a rental unit which they signed for and if they claim they own it, It should be listed on the purchase agreement when they bought the house. If they can supply documentation showing that they own the unit please have them provide that.
