I have read this complain and we at Diamond Cargo haven't denied a warranty claim with *** ***He was asked to get an estimate for the repairThe estimate he provided is approxthree times what it would cost to rewire the entire trailer. If he would like to have someone fix the issue in

I am rejecting this response because:  It would be against the law for me to take said trailer to Diamond Cargo.  It has no signals, marker lights or any other lights therefore it is NOT road legal.  The facility that they want me to bring this trailer to is 15 hours away, one way direction.

Diamond Cargo advised this customer to get an estimate on the repairs for this trailer. After the estimate was received the customer was advised that the estimate was too high for the repair and to get another estimate for the work or to bring the trailer back to the factory and the work would be...

performed here at the factory as the warranty states. The customer was also advised that Diamond Cargo would pay 100.00 towards the repair bill if he did not want to bring it to the factory as the warranty states. After the complaint was filed we contacted the customer and told him that Diamond Cargo would pay the entire estimate but any future warranty issues would have to be performed at the factory as the warranty states. The customer agreed to this settlement. I feel as though Diamond Cargo has went above and beyond in this situation. Our warranty states that at the discretion of Diamond Cargo a trailer has to be brought to the factory for warranty repairs. This customer was told this and given the option of getting an estimate rather than bringing the trailer to the factory. The estimate that he got was way more than the repair should have cost but Diamond Cargo has agreed to pay the estimate.
