Diamond Cargo advised this customer to get an estimate on the repairs for this trailerAfter the estimate was received the customer was advised that the estimate was too high for the repair and to get another estimate for the work or to bring the trailer back to the factory and the work would be performed here at the factory as the warranty statesThe customer was also advised that Diamond Cargo would pay towards the repair bill if he did not want to bring it to the factory as the warranty statesAfter the complaint was filed we contacted the customer and told him that Diamond Cargo would pay the entire estimate but any future warranty issues would have to be performed at the factory as the warranty statesThe customer agreed to this settlementI feel as though Diamond Cargo has went above and beyond in this situationOur warranty states that at the discretion of Diamond Cargo a trailer has to be brought to the factory for warranty repairsThis customer was told this and given the option of getting an estimate rather than bringing the trailer to the factoryThe estimate that he got was way more than the repair should have cost but Diamond Cargo has agreed to pay the estimate
