Dear Dispute Resolution Consultant,I want to apologize after talking to our distributor in [redacted] he immediately had one of his Customer Care Managers over to handle Mr. [redacted] concern and get the Hydro Rinse ® to him and his family. After I answered the complaint that was filed...

on-line, I failed to follow the proper procedure to get the response to you so that you could get that to Mr, [redacted]. I am very sorry about that, I've never used your web-site on-line to respond before. Long story short, anytime Mr [redacted] needs us our phone number is [redacted] and this is where you want to call and the local number there in [redacted] We're based in Phoenix, Arizona and are celebrating our 49th Anniversary, we are a family owned and operated business and we work every day but Sundays from 7:00 am to 11 :00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Should you need us after hours call [redacted], the first number on that answering machine is my personal phone number. We do not and never will have an automated system, we answer our phone live and the answering machine is only on when we're closed. I want to thank Mr. [redacted] and let him know that we appreciate him and all our customers locally and nationally. And thank you Revdex.com for your work and for allowing us to immediately respond to Mr. [redacted]'s concern.

We received your  correspondence  dated  February 16, 2014  regarding the  above referenced  complaint.    We attempted to respond on Wednesday, February 12, 2014;...

however, your system would not allow us to access the area where we needed to file our response. Please see attached error message from your site stating that "You do not  currently  have extranet  access.  Please contact Revdex.com directly for  assistance accessing your complaint  case details". At which time I left a message at 4:03pm on that day explaining that we were trying to contact someone to help us with that error message because we needed to post a response to a complaint.
I have attached a copy of the response that we were going to post.

Review: I have a United Standard Hydro-Quad Commercial water processor all in one with 4 Functions [redacted] I purchased it in 2009 for $4000.00 dollars the sales man had a person install the unit he did not put the shut off valve on the unit now it is leaking and I have no way of cutting it off and I cant get the company to call me back or stand behind the warranty it is a life time warranty I have call for the last two months with no response from them I call on Jan.3 2014 was given a phone number I call it not working Jan,6 Jan,11 sent email call another Distributor lift a massage no call back call again talk to operator was given a phone number here in Cleveland not working was given to [redacted] he did not answer lift a massage and call back number no respond #I Need Help PleaseDesired Settlement: I would like my unit fixed and for the company to stand behind the product and honor there warranty, The sales man was a crook and lift town

Review: I bought a water treatment (softener/filter) system a few months ago. When I got the system installed the installer informed me that the sales person was supposed to provide me with the Hydra Rinse for the system. Also that the salesman was supposed to come a week after the installation to test the water to ensure everything was in order and working as advertised. Months passed and I have called this company numerous times to try to solve this issue and nothing has been done. One time I called and they say "we will fix the issue right away", a different time they gave me other numbers to call.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the items/services owed. If this can't be possible, I want a full refund.
