Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The company Water-Rite is mistakenThey are doing the same thing that they did to me during the installation, trenching, leveling, and planting of the entire jobThe are blaming everyone else including me and taking no blame or responsibility for their unprofessional and poor installation of my sprinkler systemThe owner continually put the blame on me and others, never faulty hisself or his employeesShort of placing six 10-gallon Japanese bloodgood maple trees that were planted incorrectly on the outside of my gate and refunding me half the the money I paid to this unprofessional company, I want nothing more to do with themLet them know I am done communicating with them and tell him to stop calling me constantly and leaving harassing messages.
I ask the Revdex.com to keep my complaint posted on their website, so future customers will think twice before doing business with this company

complaintnothing is mentioned about the many trees we bad planted nor the large irrigation systeminstalled as [redacted] knows that was all he work Water-rite had performed and that is what[redacted] paid for. [redacted] is correct that w did cut the main water line in two places witchwas not part of the locate service, [redacted] was the one whom told us were it was locatedand he was ft off. Water-rite repair d the water line that day, the water line is workingjust tine as irrigation is running properly. The gate cable was cut that opens the front yardgate, witch is was not located with the locater. Reason that this cable was struck wasdue to the contractor whom installed the cable lines did not buny the line 18" it had onlybeen burried 4-6" under ground and at is not to code. Water-rite called a licensedelectrician to come and repair and b y the line to code, [redacted] was informed of this andWater-rite paid for the electrical invoice. Water-rite never denied anything we were toldby [redacted] were the main water line was, and the gate cable was not burried down farenough. Water-rite did not perform the following work: hydroseeding, grading of theyard and weed spraying, hydroseed done by contractor Vicks Hydroseed, weed sprayingdone by contactor Grounds Keeper and all the grading done by contractor John Walden Excavation. All these contractors performed there part of the work before Water-ritebegan the install of the 38 irrigation system and all tree planting.problem with the grade, flooding ect. he should have contacted the propercontractor t discuss his conceams. ater-rite and Excavation contractor had told [redacted]that he need d soil and advised him t grade the yard flowing into the swale area , [redacted]chose not to and did not want to additional cost. [redacted] was aware of the situationhowever, he did not want to pay the cost to do the landscaping correctly due to the buildout of his new home and in fact [redacted] as gone all the time::. Tim did meet with [redacted]several times on the jobsite.Water-rite as been in business for over 20 years with trained employees in witch theseemployees are still with the company today. Water-rite performed all work to [redacted]ssatisfaction at completion and payment was rendered, all 3 8 zones of irrigation areworking properly as well as survival of trees. Water-rite will n.ot be refunding any moniesto [redacted] as his complaints have nothing to do with the irrigation or tree plantingsperformed by water-rite. [redacted] is well aware of what our scope of work was at the timeand what he was paying for.
