Did a poor job and was unable to contact the business/individual Business representative did a drainage repair to my property, including adding a grate and drain lines to side of the house where flooding had occurredI called several times to ask [redacted] to come back out as it didn't appear system was working wellI kept seeing water filling up outside houseHe alleged that more needed to be done and it could be done when I wanted to complete the job and could afford the cash to do soWhen I was ready to take the next step, I called and emailedAll phones were shut off and emails were returned as no longer validI then had to look to see who else could complete the jobContractor came to house and determined the original drain lines were not dug deep enough and were not done correctlyI had to pay new contractor to repair original work (dig up original drains) and add new drains of a more adequate sizeI feel my money was wasted on the original work, but I could not contact him
