Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had a total of visits as seen in my attached reportsI visited locations out of which I approved There was a 3rd location that was fairly good as shown in my reports (3/26/and 6/15/16)The only visited location I did not email a report was the 10th and last location visited on Sunday 9/4/I related the report to their ‘locator’ who had been calling occasionally from CAThe claim that I visited at most locations as contained in paragraph of their letter is untrue and very unfairIt exposes their ploy to hold me down to an unworkable contract which will make me continue the endless visits to their so called potential locationsThis means they will continue to trade with my money under the pretense that they were making efforts to get me a locationUnfortunately, many of these locations were in the remotest part of GA that are not in the metro Atlanta I asked forApparently, they googled unsuitable and unverified addresses for me to visit in order to keep me occupied, thereby causing me a lot of inconveniences, unnecessary gas expenses and painTheir inability to sign a contract with one of the locations I approved is inexplicable as revealed in aboveThere was one particular location that never bore the name of the company they claimed to me was there The claim that they engaged a representative in Georgia in order to motivate me is totally untrueThis exposes them further as I asked them on two occasions to physically link me with the person on ground in GA, so that we could work closely together but they cleverly avoided itSee attached Also, the claim that they attempted to reach me but could not be reached is untrueIf they actually called and I did not respond, why would they not send emails which cannot be denied? It is ridiculous that WST cannot substantiate a single claim as I have all emails that can be provided on requestBut for space I cannot attach allThey have therefore failed to perform their own role under this contract I can no longer continue under this unserious arrangement as all their claims here have exposed their negative intention with all the written facts I have and their unwritten and unsubstantiated claimsThey have never presented or referenced any email to substantiate any of their claims and so I cannot trust them any further Sincerely, [redacted]

Thank you for bringing the above complaint to our attentionThis is the first that we haveheard of it and appreciate the opportunity to respond
Mr*** did in fact put down a deposit on his equipment quite some time agoWerequire all of our
customers to provide a down payment as a deposit ahead of buildingand shipping machines to orderThe machine in question was built for Mr*** and Mr.*** was notified on numerous occasions that we would not be able to ship the systemuntil the balance owed was paidThese terms were clearly laid out in the Purchase OrderAgreement, stating that WaterStation Technology will require 50% down and then require50% prior to shipment
Further, WaterStation Technology provided Mr*** with not less than potentiallocations for placing his machineThese prospective locations were qualified at a largeexpense to WaterStation TechnologyAs part of our transaction Mr*** was madeclear that it was a critical step in the locating process for him to visit each potentialcustomer locationMr*** flippantly visited at most two locations and failed to visitany of the others altogetherAfter some brief conversations, WaterStation agreed to senda at its expense a representative to Georgia in order to motivate Mr*** and helpfacilitate faster approval of locationsUnfortunately we were unable to reach Mr***and he did not respond to the representative’s callsHe therefore failed to perform underthe terms of our agreement.WaterStation Technology has many customers both prior to and after Mr*** whohave obtained successful WaterStation locations throughout many states and cities usingthe same program presented to Mr***We are a fast growing company with a strongtrack record outside of the unsubstantiated complaint brought forth by Mr***Webelieve that this issue is easily resolvable if only Mr*** would visit the proposedlocations as agreed upon and of course remit payment for the remaining balance owedunder his Purchase Order Contract
