This complaint was resolved shortly after this complaint was filed. The customer purchased a unit about a year and a half ago. It was returned to us three times for repair and each time the unit was water tested and returned. The first time the unit was sent for repair
we installed a new drive motor, the second time we replaced the pump motor, the third time we sent a new power supply. After the power supply was replaced he contacted us again and stated the unit was not working After returning it to us and exhausting all other options for repair the unit was replaced with a brand new unit received on March 13, Please let me know if you need any additional information

Review: I purchased a $1000 pool cleaner the blue diamond from an authorized seller of Water tech product. al little over a year ago. I have used the cleaner possibly 6 times since purchase. Since the time I have purchased the cleaner it has been sent back twice for the exact same problem. Twice it is returned to me after at least a month each time, and twice the problem started again after it ran twice. This cleaner is supposed to have a 3 year warranty. Everytime it is sent in they say it is fixed and it comes back works for one or two cycles then stops. Here is a video proving my issue.

h[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a new cleaner. This one has not worked since I purchased it. This cleaner is supposed to have a 3 year warranty. I feel this is a lemon and sending it back over and over is not fixing the problem. I do not want a refurbished model, or someone elses problem. I paid a significant amount of money for this product and I think it should work more then 6 times. I has attached a video to this as well.

Review: Called customer service three times leaving my information in regards to a wrong product they sent. Never received call or email back. Sent wrong product back after registering a send back through the company website. Website stated I would receive full refund of product plus ship back price. Was refunded only portion of price I bought it for. Wham I being penalized for the companies mistake of sending me the wrong product?Desired Settlement: Company owes me about $15 for the full refund and the amount for shipping

Review: I purchased a pool vacuum june 2015 for 91.84 the vacuum stopped working aug 1,2015 I contacted Water tech was told by Charlotte to send her copy of receipt and she would send a replacement. I received the replacement on aug 11,2015. On aug 19,2015 the replacement began having propeller issues, I sent Charlotte an email asking if I could return for refund or possibly try another type of vacuum, No response! Tried to Chat online multiple times can never get a representative to respond. I have tried to call the toll free number and end up in recording loop.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my 91.84 at this point as I am not comfortable to continue to do business with this company

Review: I bought a Water Tech Pool Master Max on 6/15/2015 - It stopped working on 9/11/2015. I have tried several times to reach Customer Service to arrange a RMA for the product for repair or replacement, I have received no response--no one answers, just had to leave a message that was not returned. I sent an email that was not responded to. The product does not work and only worked for less than 3 months. I need this replaced or my money refunded. I have a receipt for my purchase, total cost $155.08.Desired Settlement: I would like this item replaced or money refunded upon return of product.
