We received complaint# [redacted] on 05/21/We called her and made an appointment to inspect the job that eveningThese were her concerns: The basement lights did not go onThe pump was plugged into her drop lightBaseboard heating covers had not been put back on the baseboard heatersMold removalAt the inspection [redacted] discovered that the basement lights was not plugged into the outlet, she plugged them in and the lights workWe collected the baseboard covers, we told her that the correct extension cord would be connected to the sump pump, mold treatment was done at the time of installationThe service technician arrived on Friday 5/22/about12:30pm, He attached the baseboard covers, and he connected the sump pump to the proper extension cord [redacted] was pleased that the work was completed promptly and agreed to withdraw the Revdex.com complaintIf required any additional information please contact me at [redacted] Thank you, [redacted]
