including after hours, various different discounts that were still questioned, threats of "having someone contact us," a threatening email that *** admitted to leaving out using someone else's name stating she (using the name of *** ***) would not refer anyone to us because she did not like our work, (on the email from ***/*** *** states differentlyAttached for your review) furthermore *** laughing in the lead mechanics/owner (Jason) face while questioning his intelligence on his mechanical technician abilitiesAlso stated on their statement "this was also recorded audio & video by phone in plane sight recording his verbal agreement to pay." Is a statement, *** & *** were both present upon *** & ***'s arrival after hours on a Sunday to be exact when we are closed, *** nor *** never once visibly witnessed a phone in plane sight recording anythingAfter this complaint along with a ridiculous extremely judgmental review placed on google we did refund the full amount of $Thank you, Jessica Water Toys Marine Services
