On September 2, there was a fire at my rental property When I arrived on the scene SERVPRO of Lake Arlington/Southwest Fort Worth was already there I had not called or requested their services They told me they could take care of the damages and collect through my insurance, that all they needed to do to get started and restore the property was my permission On September 5, they entered the property to begin work They brought in several large dehumidifiers they left running (and claimed to be monitoring 24/7), and removed the carpeting, the entire ceiling in one room, a wall and a vintage hardwood floor they claimed could not be saved even after months of their dehumidifiers running They fell through the ceiling in approximately places while attempting to remove insulation from the attic During this time, they also removed the possessions of my tenant from the home We were told the tenants belongings would be stored in a POD on the property during the r
