Water Works Pressure Washing

Review: Water works came out to do a deck cleaning and staining. About 2 months later we started to see the stain peeling off, and it just got worse and worse. I phoned [redacted] and he said that he would come out and look at it, he did, and said he would contact me when he would come and sand the deck and fix it, we never heard from him again. I phoned again and didn't hear from him, so I gave it a few days and phoned again. After mayby a week he phoned back and said he would came again. Summer was so wet I phoned him and said that around September would be better to do it and he agreed. End of August I phoned him again and asked to come fix the deck. He said he would be there, but never came. Were tired of waiting for him to come and fix this mess, the deck looks horrible and the wood is not being protected from the elements, so the longer it stays like this, the more the wood get hammered by rain and sun and so forth, that later it will cause a bigger problem than what started out to be just a clean and stain job. [redacted] did my neighbors deck as well, and he is sitting with the same problem- peeling deck and no response or action from Water Works.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to come out and fix his mess, other wise I want him to refund me the whole amount so I can get a professional to come and fix my deck!

Review: Had [redacted] of Water Works Pressure Washing come out and do power washing on my brickwork, which was done well. Then he was contracted to re-stain my deck which involved sanding it and staining. This was done as requested. A month or so later, we notices the stain had not worked. The deck began to peel. Additional note, this exact situation also happened to my neighbor who had recommended [redacted] in the first place. I called [redacted] to come out and look at the deck. He did and said that as soon as the humid weather was over, early fall, he would come out and make it right. Said he had 4 customers who complained and felt it was the stain batch must have been inferior. I agreed and waited. [redacted] never came so I placed a few calls to him and left messages that I wanted him to come out and fix the issue. No response. My neighbor also did the same and he did not respond to her either. I then sent a email on his website and again asked, and again no response. Now my deck is worse than when he first came. Because of the inferior stain job, the deck wood was not protected and has split, cracked and warped. I regret having to do this but [redacted] left me no alternatives.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is that Water Works Pressure Washing comes out, replaces the bad wood, sand it down and re-stain my deck professionally as it was originally supposed to be done, professionally and abides by his warrenty. If [redacted] feels he is unable or incapable of preforming this work, I want a full refund and will find a professional to come out and fix my deck.

Fantastic job at a great price! This guy really takes his time and goes the extra mile to do a good job! If you want it done really, really well like you would do it if you could then this guy is the guy for you. I have used him twice now and each time I was 100 percent satisfied.
