Our car is on it's third trip to Koon's, still with no resolution
characters to sum up my poor experience with Koon's....that's not even a quarter of enough to give you the full story of the deplorable service myself and my husband received from Koon'sVery long story short, our Toyota Corolla is on its third trip to this establishmentThe corolla became the home for some kind of large unidentified rodent, about months agoThe creature did unbelievable damage to the vehicle, including destroying the interior, chewing wires, and ultimately perishing in the dashboardThe carcass was discovered weeks after the initial issues with the vehicle, decomposing and maggot infestedKoon's was in minimal contact with us through out the entire repair processWe were lied to by service associate *** on multiple occasions about the condition, and progress of the vehicleFrom initially telling us he was going to total the vehicle because "he would have to overhaul the entire int

I had an accident of no fault of my own on 2/18/*** is my insurance carrier and *** the party at faultsWhy am I being billed for storage and other charges when it was recommended/advised by many phone representatives that it was/is an approved shop? Even *** was informed multiple times and given the claim numbers, contact information to insurance *** of koons advised me that they are in some way affiliated with my insurance carriers for fixes, but gave a plethora of excuses that seem to not jive or align I believe it was stated they do body or mechanic work but not the type of estimates/diagnostics that were needed on my Toyota Prius plugin Bottom line, it was approved by insurance prior, towed by insurance, never brought up until recently that I would be on hook for it I was not properly
They only get this one star as opposed to the deserved because I can't choose a Regina in the Finance department is sexist, deceitful, manipulative, and a full blown liarRegina tried convincing me that I NEEDED certain coverage in order to purchase the vehicle that I did not in fact need in order to charge me upwards of a thousand dollars extra, and then completely changed her story when talking to my boyfriendAvoided me the following day, had other employees tell me she was off that day when she was in fact there, continuing her lies and trying to not allow me to make changes to get me back to the agreed upon priceHer finance director, Vitalik, when informed of our concerns and complaints regarding the sexism, the lies, and the manipulation, simply replied by telling us we could just return the vehicle if we weren't happy with the priceThey could not have cared less about anything besides any amount of money they could make off of this dealIf you don't want to be scammed out of your hard earned money, avoid these people at all costsCorporate will be contacted and this will not be the end of this matter
Koons has yet to resolve the issue of body damage to my new Highlander that was noticed and documented when I picked it up from the Service dept
I purchased the Highlander from Koons Toyota in Westminster on May 13, I also purchased many accessories which were to be installed by this dealer including tow hitch, running boards, body side molding etcOn Friday May 19th the vehicle was dropped off in the morning to have the accessories addedI was informed the vehicle was ready to be picked up Saturday afternoon May We arrived, were taken to the service dept and then led to our vehicle by a service advisorAs we approached the vehicle the advisor was explaining the details of remote start when I noticed the damage to the right side of the vehicle, the front lower passenger door molding was stressed and separating and the right corner panel molding/ trim was loose and crookedI immediately pointed this to the advisor who did not seem to want to address this so I asked him
