Worked with Water Works, Inc. on installing a Well for Irrigation in an HOA with a few complications to the location. They met with us onsite several times prior to the project start. Prepared the Board and Management for what the event will look like and what to expect during the process. Water Works placed the well correctly, there were no issues, and all the systems worked as described. The workers were tidy and left the environment in good shape. Note: do expect some sod damage as the vehicles are VERY Heavy. We were prepared for this and advised. Overall very satisfied. Do recommend having water treatment for Rust installed at the same time just in case. We did and are happy. Would recommend service. Well Done!
Company came out to re-drill well and damaged my fence.
Cory and his team were on my property 5/3/18 and 5/4/18 re-drilling my well since it was placed in the wrong place and did not express beforehand that they would be removing a portion of my fence in order to do so. The fence was concreted down into the ground and was removed by them and damaged. They also did not concrete it back down and the posts were placed into the ground crooked. I called the office and spoke with Arlene immediately and she advised to send pictures of the same to her. She confirmed receipt of pictures and said she would reach out to Cory and contact me. On 5/11/18, Paula from the office called and said she would have a tech come out the same day to clean the fence. However I advised her of the situation since it seemed that she was not fully aware of the extent of the fence issues and that it could not simply be cleaned. She said that she would call me back. Later on that day, I get a voicemail indicating that the scheduled tech had an emergency and would not be coming to my home and that she would need to reschedule. To date, that hasn't happened and I call the office twice since then and have not gotten an answer.
The fence needs to be repaired, however after researching solutions to scratches on vinyl fencing, it appears there is no alternative to a scratched fence aside from replacing it. The posts needs to be concreted down and leveled with the rest of the fence as it was before they removed it.

No one reached out to me from Water Works to schedule a tech to come out. Furthermore, if someone does not contact me I'll be forced to file a small claims suit. Thank you.
This has gotten confusing. You reached out to Revdex.com, who is now the intermediary. We were expecting your response last week through Revdex.com, addressing whether it was okay or not to reach out to you to schedule a technician. A technician was not scheduled because you didn't respond. We will have our office contact you tomorrow (Wed 6/13/2018) to schedule a technician. Thank you.

We lost water pressure at about 5:45 on a Sunday evening. We were able to reach Keith from info on Water Works, Inc.'s website. He arrived just over an hour later and resolved our problem in less than an hour. Keith was very enjoyable to work with and he provided a lot of useful information about the condition of our system and how it works.
