rgb(34,34,34)">This is a response to a complaint from *** ***, the following customer purchased a Lexus GS with a 185,miles on 02/03/Prior to the purchase, *** was given an opportunity to take the vehicle for a test drive and have the vehicle inspected by a third party mechanic shop of her choosingAfter *** inspected the vehicle and completed a long test drive, a process that was roughly over an hour, She was fully satisfied with the vehicle, that she refused a pre purchase inspection was well aware that the vehicle was fully being sold as is with no warranty includedShe was given an opportunity to purchase an extended warranty at an additional cost but also refused and signed documents that she fully understands she is responsible for any repairs that the vehicle might need at her expense*** did send her son a couple days after the purchase to complain about a hood latch, upon inspecting the hood latch it was fully working and had no issue at allWe have never received a call from her complaining about the brakesHere at Star Auto customer satisfaction is a high priority which is why we encourage all of our customers to have the vehicle inspected prior to purchase and consider an extended warrantyThis is clearly a case of buyers remorseI have included all the documents that *** has signedLet me know if you have nay further questions

***, I contacted Ms*** the day after receiving the complaint We talked and I scheduled a service tech to go to her house and look at productThis happened and we showed her how to use the product( was purchased as cash and carry item
)After she was showed proper way to hook up and use product, everything has been okContacted Ms*** on 08/12/and ask if things were working okShe informed me at that time that all was fine and working wellVery happy with productI ask her at that time also if she would contact you folks on her satisfactionShe said she could do that

I am rejecting this response because: what they said was a lie [redacted] told me if the car had any issues to call him and he will have him mechanic look at it twenty min after I left from buying the car I called and told him the hood wouldn't shut he told me to bring it by and he would look at it. Like a week later I took it in and they tryed to fix the latch but that wasn't the problem so then [redacted] told me he was going to return the latch and get the right part to fix it they got the hood shut but can not open again tell they fix it so the I was driving on freeway going about 50 and went to push on breaks and they where shacking bad so I addressed him about that with sence the hood wasn't shut sence twenty min after I bought it I couldn't go at that speed to know the breaks where an issue once I told him about it he said to bring it down he will check it out but he couldn't get ahold of his mechanic and I went to pay the car off and he still said his mechanic still wasn't back he had hand injery. All I want is the safety issues to be fix like he said he would do I also have text messages with [redacted] saying to bring it in about hood and breaks. If you need to see them thank you! Also the picture from the car when they where trying to sale it looks like how the hood looks when it won't shut I also have the picture that they had online when they where trying to sale it.

that your credit is below average. The lenders that approved your credit situation required more down payment that you were working with, I’m sorry you feel that you feel you were treated unfairly. You have been shopping for a car in the past three months and No Dealership was Able to finance you with $500 Down payment, I hope you can understand your situation. good luck shopping.
