Review: On 2/**/15 I ordered a waterbed heater for $54.71 from [redacted] It included free Priority shipping. I paid through my [redacted] account. On 2/**/15, I called the 1-800 # on the website, and spoke to "[redacted]" because my package never arrived. He told me the package was sent, and should have been delivered by 2/**/15 or 2/**/15. He said he did not have a tracking number on it which he thought was odd. I went to my local post office ([redacted] branch), and was told he had to have a tracking number to send Priority mail. I called back, and the female (no name given) said he never told me there was no tracking number. [redacted] then got on the phone and said he now had a tracking number for me (which he claims I never asked for). He gave me the tracking number over the phone, and made an excuse up about how I never asked for the number, or needed it, the first time I called. I gave the tracking number to the postal clerk, and she said the Priority mail shipping label was created on 2/**/2015 at 1651 hours, but that the package was never taken to a post office for shipping. The clerk gave me a printout with this info on it. I called [redacted] back, and he said HE was on the phone with the post office, and said it was unfortunate that we were all in some sort of mix-up. I told him what I was told by the clerk, and he again said we were ALL put-out. I said I was the only one put out, as I had paid money, and had no product. He promised to refund my money before 5pm on today's date 2/**/15 before they closed, through [redacted], but at this time (6:09pm), I have not received any refund or communication from them. I also notified [redacted] and advised them I didn't receive any product from this company, or a refund, as promised.Desired Settlement: I want a refund, and their rating (if they are a member), to reflect this. People need to be made aware of businesses like this who lie and steal from online consumers under the guise of being a reputable business.
