I bought a new Honda Ruckus from them in June One week ago it wouldn't crankMy husband took the scooter back to the dealership I was told it wouldn't crank due to the carborator being cloggedThey stated the gas they had originally placed in the scooter was ethanol gas and it should have been used with weeksWe bought the scooter for fun, not an everyday driverNo one at the dealership told us we needed to burn through that gas and refill it with non ethanolNo one at the dealership told us they had put ethanol gas in the tank The owners manual does not specify this eitherAfter talking on the phone with the service manager, sales manager and Honda customer service, nothing is resolved
I went to team charlotte roughly a year ago to have my Yamaha Vstar fixedThey gave me an estimate of 1k and did their work but the motorcycle was still not operableThey claimed they found more damage, and it would require almost grand to fix itIt took several months of saving and I was able to take it to another shop where they told me that parts were missing from the starter clutch- the part Team Charlotte fixedI called there and was told the manager would get back to me but he never did and the associate was quick to tell me the mechanic who worked on it was no longer with the companySo I gave them over $1k for no reason and they never made any effort to reconcilePerfect example of a company that just abuses customers who may not know as much about motorcycles as their staff
