Waterfalls Auto Spa

On Saturday November 28th 2015,I went there to get service ,interior shampoo, and exterior car wash. I spent $171, the car was done 4 hours later, however they broke my taillight and they don't want to pay for it. they gave me all kind of excuses, like the care is old ,it was an after market taillight. I spent $171 ,and they don't want to pay for a $43 replacement light. They have very bad management, they don't care about customers. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND NEITHER MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
