In response to [redacted] [redacted] ID [redacted] , we do select to receive water air freshners for the customers opinion of our home unit We never say "won" we say "selected to receive." I've attached the text messages back and forth between the dealer and Mrs [redacted] to show she did know we do require the opinion of both the husband and wife and it takes about an hour and fifteen minutes The texts do not include of course the original phone call when we had originally set the appointment but I think the text message make it clear she knew she and her husband had to be present and they were required to view the home unit which would take over an hour Since Mrs [redacted] made a complaint against our company we have de-selected her from the opportunity to receive the water air freshner We had a very successful show at the event she attended and did have many people receive the water air freshener for their opinion and have had complaints from any other customer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because Waterfalls Unlimited is committing fraud! They want to argue over the difference between "winning" an item and "being selected to receive" an itemAnd they lie! The event coordinator, Ms [redacted] ***, contacted me regarding my complaint and said that she received other complaintsShe called Waterfalls Unlimited and left a message, giving them the chance to make this rightI also called the company but never received a call backMs [redacted] has blacklisted Waterfalls Unlimited from all of her events and encouraged people to file police reports and Revdex.com complaintsYet Waterfalls Unlimited claims that had a successful event with complaintsI've attached screenshots of my conversation with the event coordinator I ask the Revdex.com to drop Waterfalls Unlimited's ratingThey are liars! Ms*** did call the day after she bought her machine she had set the machine on its side and knocked off the breakaway clip on the machineThe dealer made a trip to her house and fixed the situationA couple of days later she did it again and after inspecting the unit she obviously had
dropped the machine a few feet in the air or it took a spill down some stairsThe housing was cracked and she obviously damaged the machine and at this point wanted to return itHer rescission period was past and commissions had been paid and warranty had been turned inEven though that would not be covered under warranty from obvious misuse, we picked the machine up and her transaction was cancelled as I do not care to have customer that would try to cover up damaging her machine either by accident or not and claiming it didn't work or broke on its ownI would have take care of her machine covered by warranty or not but her trying to cover it up and reporting to the Revdex.com I do not care to have customers that would do that as they will be customers for 25-years if they take care of the machine

Have never heard from *** *** or had a message from *** ***. We do over homeshows and fairs a year and Ms. *** is one of about complaints since being in Revdex.com or years ago. The text messages show Mr*** is the one contradicts herself not Waterfalls Unlimited

Yet Waterfalls Unlimited claims that had a successful event with 0 complaints. I've attached screenshots of my conversation with the event coordinator.
I ask the Revdex.com to drop Waterfalls Unlimited's rating. They are liars!
