[redacted] placed order [redacted] with us on March 15th, The QOmnipure Replacement Filter Cartridges from his order where backordered and were not able to be shipped immediatelyPer customer request, we shipped the PUROTWIST-TQ56-50FC and billed partially for $When we received the back ordered item in stock we noticed that the Credit card information was past authorization, and we weren't able to bill for the second half of the orderThe customer was contacted to update their credit card information to finish the billing and shipping of the rest of their order.As of now, we have shipped both parts of the order, and are still waiting to finish billing the second halfThe first shipment was sent UPS and deliverd days after shipping, and the second was send FedEx and delivered April 8thCurrently, delays for the shipments would have been due to a delay in correspondence, and the need to bill before shipping the back ordered item

Looking over the email correspondence and the order information for order [redacted] , I can see that this order was shipped in two different packages due to a back-ordered itemThe first package was sent 3/30/and delivered 4/04/This package was delivered by UPS under the tracking number [redacted] The second shipment, delayed because of a back order, was eventually shipped days laterThis delay was unexpected and uncomfortably long, but the item was eventually shipped 4/05/and delivered on 4/08/This package was delivered by FedEx under the tracking number [redacted] After shipping the second package our customer service department was notified that we didn't have the authorization to charge the card for the remainder of the orderCurrently, we have only billed for the first shipment, and have yet to receive the remaining amount for the orderThe customer of this order was notified that the credit card was unable to be processed for the second shipment at the same time they were notified of the tracking information for the second shipment via emailIf the second shipment was never received we will need to contact the shipping provider for more information on the delivery, and potentially reship the package if it is considered lost.We apologize for the confusion regarding this order, and the long delay associated with the Omnipure Qreplacement filter cartridgeWe currently have this item in stock and would be able to reship this item if it was determined that your second shipment was lost in the mailThis order is still in a "pending billing" status in our system, and if you receive this order we would ask to update the customer credit card information to complete billingPlease let me know if there is anything else we can help clear upThank you

I am rejecting this response because:
They have never sent the Omnipure filters since I ordered it but if the company states they sent it well I haven't received anythingThis credit card issue they had just sprouted like a mushroom is one of their made up reasoningI am not buying their reasonings
