[redacted] [redacted] Ms [redacted] , came to move into the first unit she leased with us at 8am on 5/1/ She was previously asked to come in after 4pm because we still had a few items to get completed in her unit Two issues specifically were the refrigerator that we placed an order for was on backorder; we had to move one from a different unit, which we did that afternoon We were also due to have housekeeping go in to touch up clean the apartment We went ahead and issued Ms [redacted] a key to her apartment since she pleaded with us to allow her to move in due to her and her boyfriend’s work schedule that day We sent housekeeping over and while they were putting items away our housekeeper was freshening up the unit and taking care of issues cleaning wise Ms [redacted] then came into our office and said that her boyfriend was moving out and asked to be transferred to a one bedroom unit We did not hesitate doing this for her due to the issues she encountered at move in and she transferred on 6/19/ We placed her on extermination several times in hopes of alleviating the issue via our licensed vendor, Terminix Once she informed us of her dependant’s condition we offered her to be released from the lease agreement without penalty She has since moved as of 8/3/

Our time here was unmanageableI have filed several complaints with the leasing office and even the corporate office and I have yet to get a resolutionI'm not one to go to the extent of filing a complaint here but the circumstances I've found myself in is unacceptableFirst off, when we moved in to these apartments, we were promised an "upgraded" unitBut because I was not planning on renewing after months, I chose to ignore this inconvenienceDuring our first week in this unit, not only did the carpet stains begin to resurface but we began to see roachesI quickly learned that this was an infestationIt was so bad, that even after cleaning and leaving my unit spotless, I woke up one night from the pkles of a roach which had fallen on my face as I was sleeping! That is when I had enough, and I decided to contact corporateMind you, this was only the ending of our month lease which we later had to renew due to outside issuesNot something that we were happy about given
