In regards to the dog lead, we disagree with this statement. These residents already agreed to the animal terms within their lease. Paragraph 11, you will find the verbiage that explicitly explains that animals may not be tied to any fixed object anywhere outside the dwelling units. You must keep the animal on a leash and under supervision when outside the dwelling or common area. This violation was found while we were completing our annual spring clean up.
