Waterford Mobile Home Park

Review: On June 28, 2015 I went to Waterford Mobile Home Park in hopes of finding residence there. My granddaughter was with me at the time, she is 10 years of age. [redacted] took us to look a 2 mobile homes. I settled on the home on [redacted]. Completed all the paper work and gave [redacted] the application deposit of $150. which is for me, and my 2 daughters. I also gave [redacted] $1000. deposit on the home. Unfortunately we were declined (due to low credit scores) and could not move in. [redacted] had told me that the $1000.00 would be refunded to me and it would take 7 to 10 days. However it is now 7/16/2015 and I still do not have my refund. I have made numerous calls to [redacted] and she does not return my calls. I have spoken with [redacted] who said she cant help me and that I need to speak with [redacted] is in accounting and is never available to speak with. And everytime I call I get [redacted] and she says she always gives [redacted] my messages. [redacted] claims [redacted] never gave her any messages from me. I am pissed off and very agrivated with them.. they were quick to take my money and now I cant even get it back.Desired Settlement: PLEASE CALL THEM AND HAVE THEM REFUND MY MONEY!!! If I have too, I will call a lawyer
