Well we would like to actually talk with Mr*** as this is the FIRST we have heard of any of this! He has not contacted us at all, as we are always willing to resolve any issue. Had he simply asked to visit with one of us on July when he was in our facility, as owners, I assure you
we would have been able to resolve the issue. It appears by reading that letter...briefly, as we are now only allowed minutes to respond, that Mr *** has us confused with the previous alignment facility. We purchased the alignment division in late 2004...so anything prior to that would have been under a Mr***. Also, when we purchased this division, we purposely built the bay large enough for any heavy duty vehicle. In fact, that is our focus! So, unfortunately, I believe this to be a huge misunderstanding. In addition, we have been in business since and have never had one incidence that we were not willing to resolve. Although we would love to run the business all by ourselves and not have to rely on employees....that is impossible, and they make mistakes. However, we ALWAYS MAKE IT RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! President, Mark G***, has one of the best reputations as he prides himself on HONESTY and customer satisfaction. Nothing in that letter sounded anything like him. That is fact! Again, we would have preferred that Mr*** contact one of the owners before resorting to such tactics because he would not have had to have gone through the trouble of writing a complaint. If we can get his phone number, we would call him immediately. Otherwise, please let him know that he can contact us at ###-###-####. First off, they were sent a letter on Aug 27, the exact letter that I sent the Revdex.com  The main issue is NOT whether they owned the previous business in 2003, which Doug said they did, but the current issue of saying they could align the 5th wheel, when in fact they can't. They don't even have the equipment to align it. I talked to both Mark and Doug prior to going to Hobbs. Both said they could do the alignment. I made an appointment for that sole purpose. They knew that was the only reason. Mark said they might be able to do a minor adjustment with bushings and not require an alignment. When I got there for my appointment, they were both there and Mark told me to move the 5th wheel into the bay and they would start working on the alignment. They both knew when I came in and when they started working on the 5th wheel that it was there for an alignment. Mark even worked on it himself gathering parts and watching his techs work on it and even commented to me that he thought they could align it. Again, they knew from the start that I was there for an alignment. They also knew they didn't have the equipment to align it. The issue of 2003 is long gone. I am complaining about July 6, 2017!!!! If they knew I was there solely for an alignment but didn't have the equipment, I would think they knew exactly what their intent was.....to throw parts at it and then call in their friend [redacted] and allow him to charge me $200 for an alignment that they knew up front that they could not do. I have never written about a service before, but this issue was done because of a blatant lie. You can call it what you want, "miss Spoke" as a politician would say, but the end result is deception and a lie, plain and simple. It was said that they cannot control their employees every move. It was not just Doug, It was Mark. I talked to him on the phone and also the day that they worked on it. He knew!!! He can't blame this on his employees!!!!
