James Y**Date: Tue, May 31, at 10:AM [redacted] In response to [redacted] ’s complaintWe would like to clarify the events that occurredAt the initial drop off of [redacted] ’s jacket it was clearly discussed with her that the water stains were most likely not going to be able to be removed and it would be best if she take the item home as this damage was likely permanentShe was adamant that we attempt to remove these stains even with this warningWe gave no promises on the removal of these stains and she still asked that we attempt to remove themWhen she picked up her item she was upset that the stains were still there even though again we forewarned her that this could happenShe then refused to pay and attempted to leave the store with the itemOur front desk staff asked that she pay but [redacted] then became belligerent and began yelling and making threatening statements to our staff hence why the manager then spoke to herIn lieu of her complaints we are happy to refund the cleaning cost of $in order to appease the clientWe have already made several attempts to contact [redacted] with no responseHowever, we would also appreciate if the Revdex.com would recognize that we were attempting to provide good customer care but the client ultimately created a difficult situation, which involved significant verbal abuse, which is also evident in her written complaint.? We gave no promises on the removal of these stains and she still asked that we attempt to remove them. When she picked up her item she was upset that the stains were still there even though again we forewarned her that this could happen. She then refused to pay and attempted to leave the store with the item. Our front desk staff asked that she pay but [redacted] then became belligerent and began yelling and making threatening statements to our staff hence why the manager then spoke to her. In lieu of her complaints we are happy to refund the cleaning cost of $8.99 in order to appease the client. We have already made several attempts to contact [redacted] with no response.
