Review: My name is [redacted] and I am writing this complain on behalf of my 85 yrs old mother who doesnt speak English. She has been dealing with a [redacted] owned company many years. They are door-to-door salesmen that get your information from others and show up at the door or call to promote products. They prey on elders that dont consult their kids/dont have access to the internet, easily ticked. 7 years ago our mother put $1000 of her savings into a so called water filtration system they convince her was the best in the world! If doesnt do more than PURE and we tried to stop our Mom. Few of her friends were doing the same, so she went behind our back. Ever since, that company was coming annually to change filters for $100. We told our mother that they dont even drink $100 of water and we will just buy bottles. But the salesman called her and insisted on coming to change the filters again.. he is a smooth talker, so our mother gave in He saw that our mother was barely walking with her walker and said that he had a miracle device to help her legs and it cost $800, but as an old customer she can get it for $500. He took $400 deposit and left her unlabeled foot massager. Our mother has [redacted] and [redacted] and should not make this sort of decisions on her own now. She also cant have any type of treatment with electricity as it [redacted]. Even her Primary MD stopped Physical Therapy with electric massagers since it was [redacted]. I called salesman day after he dropped off that massager. He called me back thinking I was new client. Once he learn who I was, he got very defensive. At the end, he said that would come back with $400. After many calls, he called back my Mom and said that he would come and resolve it with her as friend and asked that my sister and I dont call him. At the same time, I was having a surgery and everyone was more concern about my surgery than refund.... see more below....Desired Settlement: Salesman came when I was in the hospital and told our mother that he could not give her refund, but would give $400 store credit to cover her for 4 years of $100 /year filter replacement. She was upset, said that was almost 86 and may not have 4 years and needed her money. He just laughed and said that she would live. He took massager, sales receipt we have copies of receipt and picture of massager). He made my mother sign receipt for 4 years credit. She needs $400 back. He never called me back.

Review: Please refer to complain ID [redacted] that was closed because Revdex.com was not able to reach business called [redacted]. It appears as this company operates under different names (second name is Waterhouse Group USA). Last week my mother received a box from them with what should have been a free gift with perchance. This was promised to her before we started dispute with the salesman. We refused this box and it was sent back to sender via UPS. Address on UPS label is different from the one on invoice included with initial complain. Business name is different as well. My mother indicated that this name was used in the past when she was getting water filters from this company and name we reported in initial complain was on the invoices just recently. The same goes for address. We believe that address [redacted] printed on the last invoice is a virtual address which is 'fake' and suspect that address in NY printed on the box is still valid since it was used on the UPS label. UPS label also has valid UPS account number, so may be company can be identified via this address and account number with UPS. Please help us to recover $400 for my Mom.Desired Settlement: We would like refund of $400 for our mother. As a bigger picture, we also believe that this business is not exactly legal and should be stopped before they hurt more old people. They are collecting cash from elders by selling to gullible old people overpriced junk. If Revdex.com can find that company, it may be a good idea to share their information with IRS. This company should be investigated for fraud.
