*** *** The Coach wristlet could not be AuthenticHere is whyThe color on my coach handbag states Lt/Apricot The Coach wristlet states Lt/ Apricot. All colors on Coach are always constantThe color of the wristlet was night and day compared to my Authentic Coach that was purchase at Belk Deptstore. one week beforeThis is a new item so the color has not had enough time to change color from sun exposure or lighting in the store.on returns It clearly states "free returns" "free shipping" that is all that was noticed on there website. Also Authenticity was 100% guaranteedThank you*** ***

We're sorry the Coach wristlet didn't meet your
expectations. Proof of authenticity has been provided.  We have waived
our restocking fee, issued a full refund and provided pre-paid return shipping in order to cover all of your costs associated with this transaction. We certainly hope this is a satisfactory resolution to any issues you may have had.Sincerely,[redacted], Owner

I am writing in response to the concerns presented by Ms. [redacted] regarding the Coach wristlet she purchased from Designer Handbags Rescue (DHR). We are an online vendor dealing in authentic upscale handbags and accessories. We have been in business since 2010 and the website for DHR has been...

operating since 2012. We have well over 300 customer reviews on our website and over 2,400 reviews on our Ebay account (user ID is band me) which is where we started. We ONLY deal in authentic items and maintain invoices, manifests and receipts for every item we offer. Last year, we had sales of approximately $300,000. Everyone is well aware that we would not be in business if we were selling fakes. Sadly, we are all too aware of how some customers try to wiggle out of adhering to return policies by claiming that the item's authenticity is questionable. When I tried to offer proof of authenticity, she just talked right over top of me. She didn't want to hear anything. The original invoice with corresponding manifest are provided showing that the item is question was obtained from Macys-Bloomingdales. Macys does not sell fake or replica items.Ms. [redacted] purchased a store display item that retailed at $65. She paid $22.45 plus $6.95 for shipping. The original invoice, as well as the original listing page, are attached. When Ms. [redacted] originally called to make her claims, she was less than cordial and it was very difficult to have an actual conversation as every attempt made to appease her frustrations was met with her talking over me. I honestly don't think I was able to complete a full sentence during the entire phone call. She was adamant that she would not pay our restocking fee which is clearly posted online, under the Returns tab (copy attached) as well as on the packing slip she received with her order (copy attached). tried to explain that she could get the full purchase price (no restocking fee) as a site credit but she just wanted her money back. I finally agreed to waive the restocking fee and issue a full refund of her purchase price. I never, ever stated that we would refund the $6.95 shipping cost. Again, the conversation was mostly her talking over top of meso it is likely she just heard what she wanted to. sent her a pre-paid shipping label for her return. We received her return on 10/24 and issued her refund of $22.45 (purchase price of $24.95 less the 10% coupon she used) on 10/26. She called me on 10/28 and was literally screaming at me. Verbal abuse is not necessary, nor productive, especially when attempting to work towards a viable Solution.I fees we went above board in waiving the $9.95 restocking fee and paying for her return shipping on a $22 item. I am sorry that Ms. [redacted] felt it necessary to file a claim over $6.95 (not $7.05 as stated on the claim). If she would like to pay the restocking fee of $9.95 in accordance with our return policy, we'd be happy to refund her original shipping cost of $6.95.Please confirm receipt of these materials by either emailing me at [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]
