We have discussed the issue with AMVIC as she has also contacted them about her deposit*** had been to the dealership a few times before completing the deal with *** on the FiestaWe worked on getting all the financing in
place, vehicle detailed and ready for deliveryThe day of deliver she came to the dealership and informed us that she did not want to purchase the car anymoreWe stated that the deposit would be not refundable because we had completed everything on our part but we would be willing to give her an in store credit as she was coming back in a month or two to buy a vehicleShe came back and decided not to purchase a vehicle from us because she did not like the pricing we had( we were selling the vehicle below cost.) at this point we do have a signed bill of sale and feel that we do have the right to keep the depositI will contact the customer again before Friday of this week and see if we can work out an arrangement that she will be happy with
