What a horrible car wash! The owner was very unprofessional I took my SUV to be washed and they took my mats and mistakenly put them in another vehicleI uncovered such and initially they denied they did this I called the police and they reviewed the tape and it was validatedI will never go back to this car wash again and I can see why they have a D- rating
I took my new Fto the AlPaul carwash on warrensville on my lunch hour on Monday May 23rd When I got back to work, I noticed scratches on the side of my hood on the passenger side, all the way down to the metal It also looked like someone tried to buff out the scratches hastily This truck is my baby, and brand new Those scratches were absolutely not there prior It almost looked like maybe someone had a ring on, or maybe something in their rag that scratched it as they dried it off I returned there same day after I got out of work I asked the workers to speak to someone regarding my issue A few minutes later, A man walked out, right past me, and said "I have to leave now, lets get this done" He walked over to my truck, I showed him the scratches, and he turned around and waived his hand at me and stated this didn't happen here, and literally walked away from meTotally disrespectful and rude And then he left.,
