On Friday, October 28th, my wife [redacted] deposited dollars in the after hours deposit box outside of the building with her bossIt was cash, but she did fill out a slip with my name ( [redacted] ***) so they could post it to my accountThe following Friday, November 4th, Tri-County Communications came to my new address to hook up our cable and internetEverything was hooked up and working correctly until Wednesday, November, 9th when suddenly my cable had been disconnectedI called Tri-County that same night and they had someone come take a look at everything, I was then informed that there had been a disconnect for non-paymentThe following day I called Tri-County and they had told that I was disconnected due to non-paymentI explained to them that I had paid however they couldn't "find" my after hours depositNow our internet works still but my cable does not.We connected [redacted] at a new location while waiting for payment just as we do for other current members We do not have slips outside our dri(rear of building) drop box.In addition to the above summary from [redacted] we have received two other accounts of how payment was made 11-10-Member stated there was a payment made by her on Friday, October 28, between and P.Mat the Independence office front drop box This is a payment drop is no longer used by the cooperativeWe searched the box and found nothing.11-11-We received a call stating that her wife dropped it off after hours in the outside drop boxWe double checked the dropbox safe to see if something was caught in there Nothing was found.We have gone through everything thing at our end including the possibility that the member made a payment in a drop box at local banks in error as well as the local gas company We do have a charge off history of non payment with the spouse and even checked to see if it was applied to that outstanding account Please feel free to contact me at 715-695-with any further questions [redacted]

Tri-County Communications came to my new address to hook up our cable and internet.
