Review: Me and my aunt [redacted] rented two small size storages in each one of our nameson August 1st,2015. On the day we rented the storage there was a special going on stating that the second month was free for new tenants. Now that we are in our second month they are telling us that we have to pay for September. This company is very rude and disrespectful and I have left several messages for the owner to give me a call back and still no responseDesired Settlement: We would like to be credited our second month free and couple of extra days so we can find a friendlier storage company who stands behind their word.

The accounts have been credited. Location was sold 9/10/2015. This was the old owners responsibility. We the new owners honored what was said by employee. The problem started when the old upper management wouldn't give two specials when accidentally offered by employee. Sorry for the troubleThanks [redacted]

Review: I bought a boat for my husband & we decided to store Italy Waldo Rose Storage located 1125 Western Street Fairfield CA 94533. My husband & his Cousin went to rent the storage unit (as they are the ones that would be getting the boat in n out of storage). The unit was under our cousins name and added my husband n my self to access. We have had the boat there just two weeks and within those two weeks we gave been called 4 times to bring additional documents such as pink slip and sign papers that the clerk who helped us forgot. Yesterday we were called once again to tell us that they made an error and we have to re do all the paper work!! We gave jobs and a busy schedule don't gave time to be going to the storage because the employees there can not learn how to do their job correctly the first time! Not only raft but last Sunday when we tried to get the boat out to use it apparently one if the employees decided to leave their car there blocking our boat, therefore we could not use it.We requested to talk to the upper management or owner because the manager [redacted] has attitude issues and no customer services ethics. We paid 3 months in advance and have only had it there for 2 weeks with these issues and them having to tell us we can't store it there into we redo the paper work we ask that they give us our money back for the extra two months we paid n we will take our boat out but the refuse to give us our money back. We are on vacation and out of state and can not deal with going back for the 5 time for their mistakes! And with the attitude of Mrs [redacted] I diffently would not recommend any body to do business at this Storage!Desired Settlement: I want my refund for not this month since I did have my boat there for 2 weeks now but a refund for the extra 2 months I paid. And it would be a good idea to teach the Manager some customer service skills and discriminating laws because she was doing both, being rude and discriminating.
