A technician removed the incorrect part to my oven that was still in working condition, took it with him and did not repair my oven, still charged me

Technician cost an injure of my employee and broke our compressor of commercial freezer

I have never in my life have had such a horrible experience with a company, save yourself the headache and agony and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANYThey are hard to get a hold of , don't return calls, miss appointments, cant fix appliances and do nothing to resolve complaints just to name a fewI hired this company in November to fix my dishwasher and washing machineTo start they didn't even show up to my first appointment, they called hours later to ask if they could come now at 9pm (almost hours after my scheduled time) when I said no because I was already in bed he said I would have to call the office back and make a new appointmentWe finally got him to keep the appointment - he was able to fix the washing machine but the dishwasher was never fixedWe called him back several time with the same issue he was never able to give us a solution and would say he would call the company and call us back but never didI finally had enough and reached out to customer serviceThat was a whole other horrible experience - I had to track down the customer service manager multiple times over the course of a monthWhen I finally got a hold of her she apologized for dropping the ball and completely forgot about my complaintShe finally came to me with a resolution MONTHS after dealing with this horrible company only to give me a partial refund that was frankly a slap in the face
