Also they all teamed together, and was able to put us in another vehicle! One in which we are extremely proud of! I recommend anyone that has a problem with Watermark, to please go to them first! Even if they couldn't have got things going the way we wanted(thank goodness they were able to work things out for us) I would still have to give them the star rating for all the efforts they put into , helping us! Not only to understand, but to be in a new vehicle!!I do apologize to Watermark, for not giving them the chance to prove themselvesBefore I contacted the Revdex.com!!If you live in or around Watermark Toyota Chrysler in Madisonville Ky and are looking to purchase a vehicle....please let them help you! They will work every angle possible to help you! Thank you*** ***

Dear Mr***, The details and paperwork of your purchase were reviewed by the sales and service managers. I have attached copies of the Car Fax and a copy of our Pre Delivery Inspection. Our service department team is very thorough in their inspections even noting on the Pre
Delivery Inspection about the arm rest. If there had been a problem with the seat belts at that time, it would have been noted and fixed. I have also attached a copy of the car fax which does not indicate any previous seat belt issues. The vehicle was delivered to you by one of our associates who said he used the seat belt without any issues. He does not remember including the Warranty Forever Book in the paper work that he brought with him on delivery of your truck. I have mailed out a copy of that book to your home address. Below is a link that is on our website about the Watermark Warranty Forever. It is a Limited Warranty as stated on the Warranty Agreement that you signed at the time of delivery. Based on the fact that everything on the year old truck met and passed the pre delivery inspection, met with your approval at the time it was delivered to you and at the price you agreed to, we do not feel we should assist with this cost of vehicle ownershiphttp://www.watermarktoyota.com/finance/watermark-warranty/

We work with at least 20 different lending and financial institutions to provide our customers with the best options and rates possible for their vehicle purchases.  The variety of lenders we work with have documented results providing the best rates and services for a variety of credit scores...

and income levels.  Those institutions dictate to us the requirements or stipulations they need in order for our customer to purchase a loan to purchase a vehicle. Those requirements usually include proof of income for instance pay check stubs, direct deposit statements;  residency and costs of living records like phone/utility payment records, renters or mortgage records, proof of insurance and payment history are just some examples.  For self-employed persons, tax returns are almost always necessary for establishing proof of income and living expenses. If someone is self - employed and cannot supply income tax records, the lender has no basis for establishing income.  We trust all of our customers can supply needed records for lenders to make their lending decisions.  Therefore we allow our customers to drive the vehicle they have chosen to purchase before all the loan documents have been filed and approved – especially on weekends or after hours. There have been some rare occasions that our customers could not supply all the requested documentation for the lenders nor the amount of cash needed to purchase the vehicle at the price or monthly payment the customer feels comfortable with paying.  [redacted] did approve a loan – but required proof of income documentation that Mr. [redacted] could not supply.  [redacted] Capital approved the loan without income tax returns but the lending rate was much higher making the monthly payment more than Mr. [redacted] was comfortable with paying.  In those rare occasions where we OR the customer cannot secure a financial/lending institution to secure a loan, the vehicle will be returned to us.  If we thought Mr. [redacted] could not get approved for a loan that he was comfortable with paying, we would not have let him leave in the vehicle.

[redacted] was contacted by phone at 11:05 CST by [redacted].  [redacted] was at work.  Some of the information [redacted] needs to process the request is at [redacted]'s  house.  [redacted] will supply that information to [redacted] later this evening.  [redacted] has [redacted]'s email, mobile &...

direct contact information.  Once the information is given to [redacted], the documentation will be sent to [redacted] asap.

I will start off by saying that I understand your process, now that I have seen it! I was not told any of this information, the date our purchase! In fact we were walked to the door by our salesman and congratulated on our new truck! I have added one of the emails that was sent when corresponding with [redacted] (salesman that I dealt with)! In the attachment you will see that I stated we were self employeed, and had no proof of inxome, other than out bank statements! So from the very beginning I was lead to believe that is what we were working with!I have talked with several people from several different  car dealerships. And found out, that what Watermark had done to is. Was legal, but very sneaky and under handed!WWe have had the truck for a month, and have just now been ask about tax returns! I even told [redacted], the night we bought the truck...that we didn't have a tax return, and his response to me, and I will quote it was "we've been known to fudge on tax returns"!!I thank God they didn't take that illegal step with me! But then again, I guess I would ger to keep my truck if they would have!I understand there immoral practices with their buisness, but I don't agree with it! Twould days ago they told us we would have to give the truck back. I told them to come get it, and for some odd reason it is still sitting in my driveway!! I will not be held responsible for that truck while it is here! I have dropped my insurance on it, so if anything were to happen to it, it will not be my responsibility to take care of it!!II broadly feel I should have it towed from my property, and if it isn't picked up today that is exactly what iam going to do!In closing I just want to say, that what this company has done to us and others, is so low and immoral, you have hurt people with the way you run your business, but if you can go home and sleep at night, then more power to you!! You really need to come get your vehicle, or it is going to an inpound, and will be up to you to find it and also the expense of it! Thank you Revdex.com for giving us this opportunity to get to speak our sides to the story! se! Never was one thing said about pending approval!!

[redacted] has never called me. [redacted] from Watermark never contacted me either after message was left. [redacted] is the only dealer trying to help. They can not believe [redacted] is not covering the Torque Converter because there is not maintenance on Converter. They have never seen a warranty company act this way. After research, [redacted] never planned to cover under warranty. Just using for marketing and sell the car, dealer just washes there hand saying not my problem if you have a issue. Mr. [redacted] was given the quote for the repair on three different occasions from three different Service Advisors. After those quotes, Mr. [redacted] made an appointment, brought his vehicle in and authorized the repair based on those quotes.  We believe that confirms consent and knowledge of how much the repair was going to cost.  He was given a 10% discount from a 10% discount card that had expired.  He accepted that discount.  The price for the repair was the price Toyota Warranty uses for the cost of the repair and is based on the nationally used Mitchell Labor Operations Guide.  We stand behind our charges as being more than fair and competitive with other Toyota service and maintenance dealerships.
