In the Spring of 2014, we experienced every home owner's nightmareWater leaked into the basement, ruined the hardwood floor and caused us to have to remove the bottom two feet of the drywall throughout the basementThe insurance company denied coverage, saying that it was an exterior wall/foundation issue and, thus, not their responsibilityThey recommended that we employ Waterproof Masters to remedy the problem
Waterproof Masters came to our home, inspected the damage, including behind the walls, and pronounced that they could fix the problem and would provide us with a lifetime warrantyThey dug down on the outside of a small area of the wall and applied waterproofing materialThe basement was then put back together, hardwood flooring was reinstalled and the drywall was repaired

This Spring, water again entered our basement, in the precise location where Waterproof Masters did their work Cyril P., an owner of Waterproof Masters) returned to view the problemHe dug outside, and ran water from the hose, to see the source of the problemHe pronounced that the water ingress had nothing to do with Waterproof Masters' work
In later conversations Cyril Pand John Sthe two Waterproof Masters owners refused to honour their warranty or to return the almost $that we had paid to them
I will never again use Waterproof Masters for any work on my home and cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to others
