Review: Waters Edge Condo unit [redacted]- was not cleaned upon arrival as promised. The unit was filthy, bedding not washed or made up, dirt every where, and mold.

[redacted] and [redacted], paid for rental of condo unit [redacted] at Waters Edge condos on Anna Maria Island, FL via credit card. The problem started upon arrival on 4/4/15. I arrived at the condo with my family to find it in extremely dirty, filthy, MOLDY and having a musty odor. The condo was not cleaned, bedding not cleaned or made up, black mold growing up the glass window in the master bedroom, dirt and food on the floor. After contacting the owner, cleaning company and property manager on the grounds, NOTHING was done immediately to rectify the situation. The owner did NOT up hold her end of the contract. I requested that I be refunded for the condition of the condo upon arrival and the owner agreed. Stating that there was a problem, and the condo should have been cleaned and ready for our arrival. The cleaning company returned my call and stated that they could be out tomorrow (4/5/15 - Easter Sunday) to clean the condo. I should not had to wait especially knowing that the rental was paid in full. It should have already been cleaned. Two weeks later after many attempts to contact the owner, they continue to ignoring my calls nor reply to emails, nothing has been done and no refund to date. With no place to go or stay, the owner ruined my families vacation and stole from my family. Living in that type of condition is not suitable for adults nor children. This was an unsafe environment to be in for my family, especially the MOLD factor. The owner instructed me to leave the keys on the table, lock the door behind me and she would refund my money for the deplorable condition of the condo. She has not done this to date. All I want is to have my money refunded.
