I purchased the vehicle from battenkill in the winter and brought the vehicle to them times over their warranty period because the heat didn't work properlyEvery time I brought it in they told me there was nothing wrong with it and sent me home even though it still made a horrible noise and would blow cold air sometimesThe first time I went to use the air conditioner in the van it also made that same noise and didn't blow cold air at all so I called them and asked them to fix it and was told that the two problems were not connected and that they wouldn't cover it under warranty and offered to pay half of the cost which I am not happy with because after the fixed the part my heat now works just fine also and doesn't make that nasty noise anymore so it was that part the whole time and should have been fixed when I brought it to them the first times
