don't hesitate to contact us directly.Best regards,[redacted]PresidentWaterscapes of New England, LLC[redacted]Office ManagerWaterscapes of New England, LLC[redacted]As an organization, Waterscape’s only goal is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our business has enjoyed much growth through word of mouth from our happy customers. Some projects have more issues and challenges than others, but we never close any project until we are sure the clients are happy and their expectations have been met. If you read our client reviews on the [redacted] website (which we have been a member of since 2001), you can see that most customers have been very pleased with the level of work and commitment to their vision we have provided. Mr. [Removed Member Name] project was more challenging than we had anticipated and it has taken longer than we had anticipated due to issues not discoverable until we began the project. When we encountered these difficulties, our team continued to work diligently to achieve the expectations that Waterscapes set with Mr. [Member Name Removed]. We immediately went into problem solving mode with Mr. [Member Name Removed] and were in constant communication through the first three weeks of December 2015 creating a punch list of items that would be addressed before we would consider his project completed. We met personally with Mr. [Member Name Removed] again and reviewed our action plan and both parties agreed how we would move forward and Mr. [Member Name Removed] was on board and thanked us for our quick response and action plan. Just before the Christmas holiday, Mr. [Member Name Removed] asked if we could postpone our discussions to resolve his issues and resume after the new year so he could focus on the holidays. Waterscapes agreed and looked forward to either resuming the project or mutually resolving the dispute short of project completion in a manner as stated in the contact we both signed. Suddenly and unexpectedly, with no prior notification, Waterscapes was brutally attacked by Mr. [Member Name Removed] with a barrage of absolutely horrible reviews on several websites. He has been in touch with [redacted] on an almost daily basis to add more dirt to his reporting on us, and many of his accusations are unfounded and untrue. He has tried to bury Waterscapes on [redacted], with the Revdex.com, and with private clients we are in contract with. It is totally devastating and so unexpected, and Waterscapes can only conclude that Mr. [Member Name Removed] is doing his level best to put us out of business. We made a gentleman’s agreement that we would get this resolved in a timely manner after the first of the year per his request and we kept our word and were ready to get back to discussions the first of the year. Mr. [Member Name Removed] used the holiday break time to do everything possible to shut down our business by publishing his tirade to any site willing to listen to him. Obviously, he went back on his word, and clearly had no intention of working with us, but instead strung us along so he would have time to mount an assault that we would not be likely to come back from. Waterscapes, as we always do, takes 100% responsibility for customer satisfaction and wishes that that things could have and should have gone much smoother on Mr. [Removed Member Name] project, but they did not. We did what any good company would do and immediately responded to his concerns and put an action plan together to get things on track and to successfully complete this project, as we make a commitment to customer satisfaction and do not consider projects completed until we have achieved that status. Mr. [Member Name Removed] has been totally unwilling to work with us and has hired a high-powered Boston attorney. He has requested that we do not try and communicate with him directly ever again and that all correspondence be made through his attorney. We will respect his demand and still hope this matter can be resolved. Let me conclude by stating that we do landscaping/hardscaping work, and as indicated by the overwhelming number of positive reviews, Waterscapes does great work. Waterscapes wants to resolve any issues with Mr. [Member Name Removed], but that is not what this customer wants. He wants to show us the level of power he possesses and what a bully he can be. Mr. [Member Name Removed] is clearly taking excessive steps to make his point. We have never said we did not want to work this out or that we did not want to continue to come to some agreement. His demands are completely unreasonable, and however this matter resolves, Waterscapes will continue to stand by the quality of its work, and its commitment to customer satisfaction.
