First impression: Greg showed up in January, took a couple of quick measurements, gave me a price, asked for ~$6k deposit, gave me a heads up he was backed up until March, maybe April.
What actually happened: April rolled around, no show. Super slow to respond to calls, even had his phone disconnected for a bit. Citing acts of god, rain, family emergencies, etc.
As it turns out, it doesn't seem like Watershed isn't a registered business. It's tied to something called "I GOT DUMPED". Super shady, and my experience with this guy supports that theory.
"No refunds given for any reason" is the stated policy - apparently even if he doesn't show up for the job.
Taking him to court as a last resort.
Greg and watershed may have had a good service at one time, but it seems like those days are over.
Early in February of this year Watershed Under Deck System management removed and installed a new Under Deck System in my Sunroom This new underdeck system I was told was waterproof and guaranteed not to leak for years or it would be replaced Yet, two weeks later - with the very first heavy thunderstorm I got water leaking in three different areas I reported this to the Manager ***, and to one of the men (***) who installed it when it first happenedI was told by [redacted] that they would not leave me hanging That was back in March In the meantime, I am getting leaking rain in the entire front area of the Sunroom with every rain these daysThe water is a health issue for both myself and my cat as with the water comes ground worms, spiders, bugs, etc; these critters house I have been calling repeatedly for weeks nowbut the only response I am getting from them is that they have medical problems, "bad back" "kidney stones," etc - further that they will get back to
