Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: This issue is not going to be resolvedThe business has already stated they strictly abide by their SOP, and do not take human mistakes into considerationThey clearly only care about their capital which is quite selfish, even if it is finacially setting back one of their tenants who has paid their monthly rent, and has abided by all the rules the entire time of the signed lease agreementStill nothing has been done regarding the assigned parkingIt is no surprise this business is not Revdex.com accredited, and unfortunate this is the first complaint that will end in a negative reviewI will be sure to not recommend any friends or family to this businessI would like to have this complaint closed [redacted]

Waterstone at Moorpark takes our resident's questions and concerns with high priorityAs I mentioned in my initial response, we follow our parking and towing procedures per our signed rental agreements and signage posted on the propertyWe have the same protocol for all parking rules and regulations throughout the property, whether it's guest parking or assigned parkingI understand your initial complaint and rejection to my initial response, but per your request we will not be able to reimburse for any towing or storage fees

They clearly only care about their capital which is quite selfish, even if it is finacially setting back one of their tenants who has paid their monthly rent, and has abided by all the rules the entire time of the signed lease agreement. Still nothing has been done regarding the assigned parking. It is no surprise this business is not Revdex.com accredited, and unfortunate this is the first complaint that will end in a negative review. I will be sure to not recommend any friends or family to this business. I would like to have this complaint closed.

The vehicle was issued a warning to be towed after 96 hours on January 24, 2014 for not being regularly used/or moved from guest parking. The vehicle still had not been moved at the expiration of this warning and was towed on January 29,...

There are signs posted at both entrances to the property and the parking and towing procedures also outline this in every lease agreement at Waterstone at Moorpark. You contacted us, February 3, 2014 in regards to the vehicle being towed from the property.
In regards to having issues with persons parking in your assigned parking space, we issue the same warning once our office or maintenance staff is notified.
We will not be able to reimburse you for the towing charges and ask that you refer to the signed lease agreement for the property's parking and towing procedures.

Review: Upon return from being out of town for a week my vehicle was towed off the property on 1/29/14. Apparently the vehicle looked abandoned, and was marked with a 5 day notice which I completely understand. Still I believe my vehicle should not have been towed, especially since we are residents of this "gated community" who pay their rent every month. I understand it is not their job to try and search for the rightful owner, but the vehicle was being used with full registration & insurance paid for. I hate to say this but I feel a little profiling was taking place, since it is not the nicest car, but none the less it is some ones form of transportation. We have an assigned parking spot that is always taken up by some person(s) who the spot is not assigned to. We have contacted the management and maintenance about this and nothing was ever resolved. I spoke with Malik who apparently is the manager at the property and was very unhelpful. I tried to explain the situation and ask as for why the vehicle was towed. After debating back and forth I asked for them to pay to get my vehicle out, but they did not comply.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to pay to get my car out of the impound. The current balance to get the vehicle out is $665, with a daily storage fee of $65. This is a huge financial burden, as I do need my car but can not afford to pay this amount.
