There is a reason why Service Master is not accredited with the Revdex.com This is the plumber that gives plumbers a bad name They were assigned to work on issues with my tub and hot water heater by my home warranty company Initially they were very friendly, but when they found out the home warranty company wasn't going to pay what they wanted to be paid, they started giving me the run around and became extremely rude Beth and Debbie were there two office workers I dealt with Beth (the manager) was very rude from the beginning, and Debbie was nice at first but then became rude and dismissive once they knew they weren't going to get paid as much as they wanted to After dragging me through a week of hours (literally) of phone calls, they finally dropped my case, and I had to start over with another plumber If these people think the home warranty company doesn't pay enough, they shouldn't have signed a contract with them! And they shouldn't take their poor business decisions out on their customers

First, let me apologize for not having met your expectations. Apparently our Foreman had some difficulty getting the work scheduled, which unfortunately, resulted in it getting set aside and falling-off our radar altogether.
My understanding is that there are cracks in the ceiling that have yet to be repaired. If you would please confirm whether that is correct, I would appreciate it.
I can schedule to have someone there this Thursday and/or Friday. Please let me know what day works best for you.
