For over months now I have been in communication with this property management company They had provided an inflated invoice, which was disputed and adjustedI asked for a revision of the invoice again and I have been patiently awaiting a return call of many calls made to them Attempted to contact them on 12/11/and an employee at the rental office named Lesby R***, was nasty, rude, disrespectful and very unprofessionalAt no point in time did I disrespect this person, all I was requesting is a return call back so that a payment arrangement can be made Out of hatred and retaliation, today I get a call from a collection agency, wherein they have reported for collection of a debt that is still being disputed These are actions that are not acceptable of a business, this is unlawful and I request that Revdex.com assist me with this matter As far as I am concerned, Waterton Property Management does not operate in this manner and if this is business practice, then they
