Action has been taken 5/18/16. Parts were ordered on 5/6/16 , we reordered from another distributor (when they didn't arrive) on 5/13/16, on 5/17/6 we received parts.On 5/18/16 they were installed & machine tested ok by our own in house appliance repair technician. As far as we know...
all is fine since 5/18/16. If there are any further issues they can call me at 315-782-0333. The consumer does have an extended warranty n the washer , which has been utilized in taking care of the issues. The warranty company, NSI (1-888-446-8008) does have a Lemon Policy. If a unit has 3 separate service calls in one 12 month span, or if the washer is deemed unrepairable, the warranty company will replace the product. If there are more problems, or other issues arise, perhaps NSI will exchange the machine.
