possible lnvisalign treatment never has been aprovider for her insuranceShe was never solicited for this appointmentShe in fact calledto make this appointment and this was not recommended by the periodontist she had beenseeing in our office The fee for this consultation was $So the $she claimswas for the periodontal treatment is incorrect and should be reduced by the $The periodontal recall visit in question was for $Previously at the August 29, appointment, the periodontist was then NOT a provider forher insuranceShe paid for her visit in full at that timeIt wasn't until the visit in question, April 10, 2017, that she had an issue with the periodontistnot being a providerAlthough, she had been treated by him in August 2016, as a nonparticipating providerTherefore the question is raised, how is it she was unclear in when in she wasclear.In my opinion, this patient is due nothing from our officeShe saw two different doctors the dayin question but failed to illuminate that fact.She had a $deductible reducing her fee to $tor the periodontistAlthough Iappreciate MsXXXXX suggestion about my business, this problem has not occurred for anyother patientIn fact, it is the patients responsibility to understand their insurance not thedoctors.We do our absolute best to treat every patient as family and have over star reviews onlineto show this.Thank you for your time.Peter MV*** DDSWatertown Dental Health Group
