I've been living at Waterview for about years, there's been about new corporation's that have taken over since and some new managementThe new cooperation and management are the worst, they don't know how to maintain the neighborhood, it's dirty and disgustingin fact there as been dog feces for about two months on both sides of the steps in my building, no one has come to pick it up or clean itThe maintenance people are lazy and have absolutely no idea what they are doing when it comes to fixing anything in your apartment, you may think it is fixed but within a couple of days it is broken againThey also come into your apartment without you being there and without your permission and even when you tell them not to go into your apartment without you being there they will still do itMy washer and dryer has recently broken and I have to wait until Monday to get it fixed and wash my family's clothes, I have asked for a new one for years and have gotten nothingThe manager we have now is rude, uneducated, unprofessional, and does not know how to properly speak to anyone or the residentsThis is the absolute worst place to live, DO NOT even waste your time coming here or wasting your time here, you WILL regret itMy family and I can't wait to move out of hereI will also be writing this on other sites to let people know that this apartment complex is not worth living in
